Palms for Palm Sunday

Anyone who would like to help offset the cost of the Palm order for Palm Sunday is asked to please call the rectory. You may order it in memory of a loved one and they will be remembered at all Palm Sunday Masses.

There are several opportunities available to remember a friend of family member by donating religious and liturgical items that will be used right here in our parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Each item donated will have the name of the person memorialized affixed to them. In addition, anyone wishing to make a donation for one of these items in their own name will have their name affixed to it, as well. Arrangements for these donations can be made in the rectory office during office hours. We are also currently trying to buy new vestments to be used for funeral masses replacing the old worn and faded vestments. ...

In celebration of the Risen Christ on Easter Sunday, our Altar will once again be decorated with beautiful Easter flowers including lilies, yellow tulips and other spring flowers. As Holy Week approaches, we continue a tradition here at Our Lady of Guadalupe that started just a few short years ago. A wooden cross has been placed in the arch next to the main altar, draped with a simple purple cloth. Adorning the cross this year is an actual “crown of thorns” imported from the Holy Land and made from the exact same type of thorn bushes that grew in Jerusalem 2,000 years ago. OLG Summer Fun Camp will run from July 3rd to August 11 from 9am to 3pm.  The camp services children from ages 5 to 12. We provide a fun, safe environment for children to grow socially and emotionally throughout the summer. All activities take place on the church grounds.
